NBSC Faculty and Staff Convene for OBE Manual Finalization Workshop
In line with its commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development, Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) conducted the Seven Proofs of Transformation: OBE Manual Finalization Workshop on May 26–27, 2025, at Dream Golftel by Dream Residences, San Miguel, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
The two-day workshop brought together key academic leaders and personnel to finalize the college’s Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) Manual — a cornerstone document designed to enhance instruction, curriculum development, and quality assurance aligned with national and global standards.
Among the participants were the Institute for Teacher Education Head and Representatives, the Institute for Business Management Head and Representatives, the Institute for Computer Studies Head and Representative, and the General Education Curriculum Department Head and Representative. These units collaborated to ensure the manual reflected a holistic and inclusive academic perspective across disciplines.
The workshop’s primary objective was to complete the definitive version of the OBE Manual in preparation for its formal publication and implementation across all academic units. It also served as a venue for sharing best practices, aligning strategies, and clarifying performance indicators in line with NBSC’s institutional goals.
The workshop’s successful conclusion marks a significant stride in NBSC’s pursuit of educational transformation and quality assurance through robust, outcomes-based approaches.
